Leo, at the time was 7 years old. He was attending PACE Centre, PACE is a school for children with physical disabilities such as cerebral palsy.
The video follows a day in the life of Leo and his friends at PACE Centre.
The video’s were used to promote the school as they were hoping to include a secondary school for the students.
Martin shot videos and stills photography at the school and edited the video.
Marcia and Emerson were twins and students at PACE Centre. Their parents moved their family out of London, to Alyesbury, so Marcia and Emerson could attend the school.
Heather Last, started PACE Centre in 1990. The education was based on the principles of conductive education. It is a parent-led initiative, starting with 5 children and has grown into two different sites with over 100 students.
Jason was a student at PACE Centre. The video follows his time at the school.
